Shipping and delivery times vary depending on your delivery location and method of shipment. For orders from shedrain.co.uk, please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel. Please see our detailed delivery information for more details.
- HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A SHEDRAIN GIFT?

Please check your order carefully before you submit it, as we process orders for dispatch straight away and can't usually change them once they're placed. If you change your mind, you can still cancel - just contact us, or return the item within 30 days of receiving it under our Returns policy.
- CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?

We currently deliver within the UK only and are not able to ship orders to international destinations.

- HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is dispatched, we will confirm it by sending a dispatch confirmation email to the email address you provided with your order. Your confirmation will include detailed tracking information so you can check on the status of your delivery.
- WHERE ARE SHED RAIN UMBRELLAS MADE?

SHED RAIN started life in 1947 in a small umbrella repair shop in Portland, Oregon, and we’ve been designing umbrellas ever since. Today our umbrellas are made overseas by our long-standing manufacturing partners, to the same designs and standards, and every one is backed by our Lifetime Warranty.
