Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We don't currently deliver to the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.

Delivery options

Standard delivery	3–5 working days	£3.99, or free on orders of £30 and over
Express delivery	1–2 working days	£6.99

Standard orders are sent with Royal Mail and Express orders with DPD, both from our UK warehouse. Delivery times are estimates - we aim to meet them, but delays can sometimes happen for reasons outside our control.

When we dispatch your order

We'll email you when your order has been dispatched, with tracking details where available. That dispatch email is when we accept your order, as set out in our Sale Terms.

Once your parcel arrives

Your order becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to your address, or left with someone or somewhere you have chosen. Our delivery partners may ask for a signature or take a photograph as proof of delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated date, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
