We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Standard delivery is sent with Royal Mail, costs £3.99 and arrives in 3–5 working days, or choose Express, sent with DPD, for £6.99 and it arrives in 1–2 working days.
Better yet, Standard delivery is free when you spend £30 or more.
Every order is packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse, so your SHED RAIN umbrellas arrive ready to protect you from the elements. Full details are in our Delivery policy.
RETURN INFORMATION
FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON SHEDRAIN.CO.UK
Not completely happy? You can return any unused item within 30 days of receiving it. Just email us first with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll confirm your return. Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
Items should be unused, with their tags and original packaging where possible.
If an item is faulty, we'll cover the cost of returning it.
Once we've received your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days, including the standard delivery charge - if you chose Express, we'll refund the standard delivery amount.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Full details are in our Returns policy.
