Should any SHED RAIN umbrella fail because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll assess your claim and, where it's valid, send you a replacement umbrella, with free delivery to UK addresses. This Lifetime Warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and doesn't limit or replace them.

The Lifetime Warranty applies to SHED RAIN umbrellas bought from us or an authorised retailer. It doesn't apply to rainwear or other accessories.

The warranty applies when the umbrella has been used under normal conditions and for the purpose it was designed for. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration, accident, improper care, loss or theft.

If we no longer make your style, colour or print, we'll do what we reasonably can to send a replacement that is as close as possible in size, function and colour or print. Customised or printed umbrellas won't be replaced with the same custom print.

The warranty applies to the original purchase only, so a replacement umbrella is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty - although you still have your legal rights if the replacement is faulty.

Please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for your claim to be processed.
